As a successful entrepreneur myself I’ve know very well that the road to success is a bumpy ride. I like many entrepreneurs, freelancers and those who are self employed have felt some of the lowest lows along my journey but many of those lows and difficulties could have been averted IF i had known what I know now, if i had had someone who could show me the way, answer the questions and help me to learn and grow at the same time – instead of having to learn from all those inevitable mistakes you make when you enter into a new challenge.
One day I thought to myself “surely this isn’t normal, there must be another way”. So, after taking some time to sit back, reflect on and figure out what was going on and why all these problems were arising I made an important correlation between certain fundamentals and how each of those things directly affected and impacted upon my performance (and sanity! Ha) in life and business.
When supported these foundations become a solid structure for you to build upon for your own self development and for the advancement of your goals.
I used my skills and expertise in Psychology, Sociology, Physiology, Health and Coaching to assess the situations and concluded that there are five key areas that provoke unhealthy, chronic levels of stress in our lives and that when these areas are unbalanced they accumulate to produce detrimental effects to our physical and mental health – they are also the catalysts that create anxiety and depressive states.
Not only that but they are the roots from where success or failure is born. If you can manage stress you automatically begin to enable success.
